Terms and Conditions:


Stock is ordered on an as-needed basis.

In the event that your order is cancelled or your item changes after your proof is approved, a restocking fee will be invoiced.

If you would like to pay via ACH, please contact accounting@pyromugs.com

After 30 days of receiving the product/invoice, no credits of any kind will be issued. 

 

LEAD TIMES:

  • Lead Time is quoted upon request and varies due to supply chain issues.
  • Rush service may be available. Let us know your requirements.
  • We will make every effort to deliver your order when you need it! Please indicate event dates on orders with critical deadlines.
  • Lead time, after paper proof approval, for Pre-Production Proof is also quoted upon request. Please inquire for current information.

Potential Lead Times (subject to change due to supply chain issues)

Standard Lead Time:

  • 20-25 working days after e-proof approvals.
  • If a Preproduction Proof is needed, allow an additional 15-18 working days after e-proof approval.
  • Any Delays will push out the ship date.

Large Quantity Lead Time:

  • For a Pre-Production Proof, 15-18 working days after e-proof approval.
  • Once Pre-Production Proof is approved the order ships 22-25 working days for the first 2500 pcs, each additional 2500 pcs is 20-25 working days.

Specialty Imprint Lead Time:

  • Special imprints include: Vanish Ink, Coolview, Braille, Decal, Custom Sprayed, etc.
  • Custom Order is 25-35 working days after E-Proof approvals.
  • If a Preproduction Proof is needed, allow an additional 15-18 working days after e-proof approval.
  • Any Delays will push out the ship date.

 
PREPRODUCTION PROOF (SPEC SAMPLE) IF NEEDED:

  • The Pre-Production Proof will incur all Set-Ups and Pre-Production proof charges needed to achieve your Imprint.
  • If anything changes, it will incur all new Set-Ups and Pre-Production charges.
  • If the order is cancelled after the Pre-Production is produced, all charges including shipping and set-ups will be invoiced.
  • All Pre-Production Proofs are Shipped via Overnight unless otherwise requested.
  • If your customer is concerned or particular, we highly recommend they order a Pre-Production Proof to ensure they’re satisfied with the Final Product.

 

ART FILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Crisp artwork, 600DPI – vector artwork preferred- eps file Illustrator. All text must be converted to curves or outlines.
  • 10MB or smaller file size is needed to come through email system.

 

IMPRINT LOCATION:

  • Imprints may vary by as much as 1/16″, due to size and shape (height and roundness) variations.
  • We make every effort to compensate, such variation is not cause for rejection.

 

FULL COLOR or 4-COLOR PROCESS:

  • Our exclusive, directly printed, Full Color Process uses fine halftone dot patterns to produce the desired colors.
  • This system provides vibrant colors and smooth color blends, but – due to the inherent properties of all full color printing (on any material) – exact PMS colors are not available. We will come as close as possible to the colors in the digital file provided.
  • Additional spot colors may be needed in some critical areas.
  • The dot patterns used to create colors may cause the colors to appear “pixelated” or blurry, this is not to be considered defective.
  • Computer monitors, phones and inkjet printers do not accurately present the colors in art or graphic files and cannot be used for color comparison.


NEW / PREPAY CUSTOMER PREPAYMENT:

All New Customers are required to submit (email, fax or call in) prepayment/sales tax information before the Order will be released to Production.

As soon as the Sales order is generated, payment will be processed immediately, including shipping costs. Due to the order being paid up front, we’ll ship Exact quantities only.

If paying by credit card, there will be a 2.9% processing fee added to the amount shown on the sales order.

  •  Once Sales Order is generated, the Credit Card will be charged immediately, including shipping costs.
  • Prepay orders are shipped Exact Quantities only.
  • Failure to send the Payment Information will result in the Order being placed on HOLD.
  • Orders on HOLD will not be released to Production until the Card or Payment has cleared our Accounting department.
  • All new customer must be prepay for the first 3 orders.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS:

  • All International Shipments are required to ship via a 3rd Party Shipper number.
  • You must provide a Commercial Invoice that includes the price paid by the recipient for duties. Broker’s name, address and phone number must also be provided.
  • $40.00 net Administration Cost per address will be incurred for the time and labor needed to handle these shipments.
  • International shipments will need “International Repacks” which are $15(g) net per carton. This will be for Ceramic, Glass and Select Enamel Steel cups.

NOTE: International shipments may be held up in customs due to many reasons beyond our control. International transit times are not guaranteed and must be considered for time-critical shipments. There are no refunds or adjustments for these shipments, and additional charges may be incurred and will be invoiced.

Packaging & Shipping:

  • Standard Over & Under Policy: 36 pieces + 4, 72 pieces + 6, 144 pieces + 12, 288 or more + 5%.
  • Orders specified as ‘No Overs’ will be done so at no additional charge. The order may be shipped short and meet the Over/Under tolerance.
  • Ground Shipping billed to a 3rd Party account number, at no additional charge, is available.
  • Orders shipped UPS or other parcel shipping services are repackaged to avoid breakage at a cost of $15.00(g) per carton.
  • Repackaging charges are $15.00(g) and will appear on the final invoice.
  • Customer Arranged LTL Freight will incur a $60.00 Administration Fee to US and International addresses.
  • All orders are FOB PyroGraphics, West Des Moines, IA 50265. Carrier is determined at the time the order is placed. Orders are palletized and shipped via Motor Freight whenever possible.
  • Drop shipments will incur a $15.00(g) charge for each additional address after the first.
  • Multiple address shipments are charged $15.00 (g) for each additional address.

 CAPACITY:

  • All sizes and capacity are approximate and may vary. Blank or random samples available upon request.

 CUSTOM CARTONS:

  • If not specified, a brown box is the default.
  • Custom Box printing is available! Call for details.
